When we were reassigned to Upstate NY three years ago the first thing we did is to look for a good vet for our dogs. We always enjoyed the care of this clinic but I will say the recent changes are exceptional. The aftercare emails and surveys are a great edition. Furthermore, the aftercare phone call to check on the state of our dog after her last visit was a brilliant idea to add to the practice. It really made us feel as though our dog's health is as important to this clinic as it is to us. I would highly recommend this clinic.
