Clean store with everything in one stop. Lot of good deals and fuel discounts with Tops Card. Lots of parking. Lot of other stores near within walking distance.
The employees are nice and help- ful. The deli foods are fairly good and the meats are good. I dislike the selfserve checkout, it constantly tells you to put item in bag or take item out. Nothing like a machine telling you you are stealing! Totally annoying.
Good store, but its no wegmans. Selection is decent but not great, prices are very good. There are always great sales! The bakery section is always quite good, but the produce is much more unreliable. Often there are tropical fruits beginning to die. Definitely go to wegmans if you're looking for premium produce. We have purchased several products from here that have been moldy and expired (once some ribs that smelled TERRIBLE) but we have always been given a full refund, and these incidences were very rare. About as good as you can expect!
The store was clean and bright. The sales items were relatively well stocked. The staff was friendly and courteous.
Customer service has a bunch of hideous people who do not help at all. The prices are always wrong because they are at changing sings and many things are over priced. The older cashiers are usually grumpier and not nice at all. Also their store itself looks from the 90s.
