Never in my life have I ever had a waitress as rude as the one we had today. As we ordered, I asked to have my daughter's pancakes very light, as she will not eat them if they are too dark. She said "oh they will be!". The pancake came out super dark... Not even a golden brown... Very dark. I apologized and asked very politely if they could make the pancake again since I made sure to mention as we placed our order. She got mad and said "if it is any lighter it would be raw" (my husband and other kid's pancakes were a nice golden brown and cooked perfectly!). She mumbled something, went and told the chef "they want this raw" and ignored us until it was done, at which point she slammed the plate on the table and walked away without a word. She ignored us the rest of the time we were there... Never refilling coffee or water. This was our first time here, after some friends recommended it to us. We will NOT be back. I've never ever had my breakfast ruined so quickly by simply requesting that a pancake be remade as we had originally ordered it.
Short wait for table....long wait for server....no bread served.....drinks ordered took a reminder to server....then had to get up and goto bar ourselves. .....asked for bread....can't have any as only one entree was ordered ....with 2 burger meals....so no bread yet ww watched other table get bread and water as they were seated....if you dine here ask fora male server....ours was really bad
Good service, great food very reasonable.
Basic, good pub food. They have great fries, and the roast beef sandwich was quite good. My only complaint would be that the ambiance isn't the best, a little dark and dingy, the whole restaurant feel very close to the bar, and parts of the decor remind me of my parents basement. Food's good though!
Great family restaurant. The wait staff is professional, the food is already very good, and the beer selection is varied and solid.
