I will never buy another piece from this company again.
I just ordered a dining set there... Good news, it came sooner than expected. Unboxed the leaves and one is scuffed. Call customer service and there is still no return calls. I'm in sales and couldn't imagine never calling to make sure everything is all set, how I liked it, thankful for business even?
Unfortunately, we read the national reviews regarding Ethan Allen too late. It seems this is not a local problem. Quality is good, but not great considering the reputation and price paid for the furniture. We have seams loosening and coming apart on the couch only 1 yr after buying. The saleswoman, Leah, was wonderful and super helpful...until we completed and paid for our purchase. From that point on, she acted as if she was too busy to help us or take our concerns seriously. The delivery was a nightmare and was done bit by bit with very very limited delivery dates and times. The coordination between the person who measured and fitted our window treatments was non existant, and again, Leah was not helpful at all. She went as far as to say that it wasnt her problem. We spend almost $30,000 at this store and got this kind of service! Cant imagine how they treat the rest of their clientele.
