After dealing with at least 5 different other companies similar to yours, they all have hear horror stories about you Palmer and your greedy ways. You are one of those companies that come to someone's house and over charge them because it's a nice house and property. Your employees are rude, incompetent, and lazy, I will even be more than happy to say this to their face if ever I get the chance.
5, You made promises on a time that our job would be done and you were two months late telling us you might not be able to get to us until the spring time, where we obviously didn't accept.
We own two companies ourselves and know how companies should be ran. We always do our best to fix any issues we may have and we never rip people off as you have so many times from what we hear, we specially don't try to make them look like liers when something was obviously our fault, so nice try Palmer. Why don't you haul your butt down to our property and I would love to show you how bad your man did.
Do not hire this shady company, they are shady and a cheat. They hide their negative comments, and they send out incompetent people. Here is a short list of how badly they cheated us and ruined our new property.
We Hired them two years ago, yes I know it's a long time coming for the complaint, but that is how long it has taken us to fix the damage they did to our lawn.
Had a great experience with these guys! They were quick, honest, knowledgable, and gave me a modest price for all their work. Absolutely going back to these guys in the future, thanks Palmer!
5, You didn't even know how to fix the breaker issue by a simple fuse replacement, which you charged us twice for and I finally had to suggest, which actually ended up working. Your people had me climbing my own light posts to change the lights to a lower wattage, when all you had to do was up the amperage of the fuse, that was fun thank you for that!
2, Their MAIN GUY there hid the poles by throwing them in the corner of our pole barn so we didn't find them until summer time.
It goes to show what kind of person you are by you not coming down personally and seeing for yourself what a horrible job your man did.
What ever you do, do not hire this company!!!
4, Palmer himself tries to make his customers look like liars because of his incompatent employees. Yes Palmer I did ask for the poles to be right side up so we could decorate, which you seem to it remember, so keep telling yourself different because it a lie and you are a cheat.
6, YOUR MAIN GuY told us that we couldn't put a light in our shower, funny when another electrician did it in a heart beat. Your guy was lazy and in competent and you call him your number 1, really?? I know more about being an electrician than he does and I'm a Author.
If there was a NO star option I would have opted for that but unfortunately there isn't. I hope that the public gets to read this and that they aren't fooled by your shady and incompetent company.
3, WAY over charged for a trench machine which they didn't even bother to put the dirt back into the holes they trench leaving our brand new home. Complete mess!!!! It doesn't cost $2000 for a trench machine people!
1, $17000 to put in 12 light posts that they put upside down so we couldn't put the decorative pole in and hang our Christmas ornaments!
