Dr Quigley did alot of unnecessary work to my 5 year old in one day surgery. Including 8 CAPS and 8 fillings without my permission! I don't recommend this place to anybody! Has this happened to anybody else let's band together and shut this place down!
Dr Dillingham has poor bedside manner. Hygienist threatens child with "Mom leaving the room" and suggests restraints when child is scared and agitated. Office staff are generally snarky and unkind.
Final straw was learning from a new dental office that my child does NOT need $2,400 worth of work (just under our insurance coverage limit) for the second year in a row. Glad I got a second opinion, and that after 6 years we don't have to go back to this office.
My son just begun going here. The Dr., hygienist, and other staff were all very kind, friendly, and respectful of my wishes as his parent! I was totally satisfied with every aspect of this office, from scheduling to the Dentist's genuine concern and care for his patients. As we got ready to leave my son even gave his dentist a hug good bye, quite surprising considering how nervous he was! With health care being so strained because of insurance company restrictions, the personal attention and care has not been lost to this office.
Great service, however the consistent 30-60 minute waits to be seen may cause me to seek a new dentist.
Horrendous wait time. Appointment was for 10:50 am, they didn’t call me in till 11:22 am. What’s the point of making an appointment if they just take you whenever but then have audacity to charge if you’re late or cancel.
